Located in the quiet Mennonite farmlands, near the town of Rubio, Chihuahua, our community is surrounded by nature, clean air, and a bilingual culture that will make you feel at home from day one.
Who lives here?
Our residents are independent seniors, ages 60 to 75 , many of them from California and other parts of the United States. They seek a more affordable, relaxing, and fulfilling life—without sacrificing security, comfort, or a sense of community.
Most of them:
They are retired, but still active and committed.
They value their privacy, but enjoy making new friends.
They want access to basic support, without requiring constant medical care.
They appreciate clean air, a slow pace of life and a natural environment.
